From July 10–13, 2025, the second edition of Cat Fest took place in Bydgoszcz – a truly unique event dedicated to cats and their guardians. For four inspiring days, cat lovers, professionals, educators, and enthusiasts from all over Poland gathered to deepen their knowledge, share experiences, and promote animal welfare.
This year’s festival once again attracted a wide audience – including pet parents, volunteers, behaviorists, veterinarians, and feline fans. The event’s agenda was rich and diverse, covering practical knowledge and important social and emotional topics that cat guardians face every day.
What happened at Cat Fest?
The festival included lectures, discussions, and workshops focused on:
- First aid for cats
- Species-appropriate feline nutrition
- Senior cat care
- Physical therapy and massage
- Infectious diseases and prevention
- Support for shy, feral, and adoptive cats
- Behavioral problem-solving
- Efforts to reduce cat homelessness
Participants could also join hands-on workshops and find space for open discussion, knowledge-sharing, and bonding over their shared love for cats.
